Christine, LVT

Christine attended Macomb Community College and received her Veterinary Technician license in 2018. She has been working at Gasow Veterinary Hospital for almost 9 years total with 6 years as an LVT and the three years prior as a helper in our boarding program. She also has a passion for dog grooming and has been grooming her personal dogs for 10+ years. She had previously volunteered at an animal shelter in college and spent every single day there. She always loved animals but there, she truly fell in love with helping animals feel better both physically and mentally. The thing she loves most about being an LVT after all these years, is seeing the human-animal bond. “My animals are very important to me, so I know just how important those pets are for our clients. I make it a mission to treat them like my own pets.” Christine has two cats; Emmett, a domestic short hair that she bottle raised from 5 days old, and Cooper, a domestic short hair, as well as a Standard Poodle named Touka.
