Furby

Furby crossed the Rainbow Bridge on May 28th, 2024 after a long and happy life. He was between 18 and 19 years old. Furby came into his family as a kitten. Furby was known by many names. He would try to comfort people when they were sick, so we called him ‘Dr. Furby’. He once took care of three scared feral kittens, so we called him ‘Uncle Furby’. Furby was a kind soul. When we brought our other cat home they were scared and wouldn’t come out of the carrier. Furby climbed into the carrier with him and they became best friends. Furby was an indoor cat, but I would grow an area of catnip so I could take him out into the backyard occasionally. He loved to lay in it. Furby was a very special cat, We miss him everyday.
