Benny

Benny crossed the Rainbow Bridge on June 13th, 2024 after a 3 year battle with cancer. He was almost 16 years old at the time of his passing. Benny came into the family after some girls saved him from being thrown in a creek by a group of boys on a freezing winter night. They asked if we could take him and his litter mate that night. We are so glad we did. Benny was such a unique cat, not just because he was such a beautiful boy, but he was sweet, playful, talker, and gentle. He played fetch, walked on a leash, and stood on his hind legs while resting his head on the counter top to see what was cooking. He had to be involved in everything. Benny loved to be the center of attention. He has left a huge hole in our lives and our hearts. Love your pet, be kind when you train them, keep commands simple and they will learn through routine. The result will be a wonderful animal that fills your heart with joy and unconditional love.
